Australia's biggest open air jazz festival is kicking off on Saturday in Manly and is running throughout the long weekend.

Each day's programme begins around midday and swings along until 5.30 or 6pm with over 50 acts getting cool and funky on 5 different stages.

To get you in the mood have a listen to the Adrian Cunningham Quartet which is sure to be a highlight.

Unfortunately at the time of writing the weather for Saturday when Adrian is playing does not look good, so it's probably best to go on Sunday or Monday.
