Highlights of the all-you-can eat lobster buffet dinner bonanza include the signature Singapore Lobster Laksa, Boston Lobster on Ice with Wasabi Mayonnaise and Mango Aioli, Indian Spices Marinated Marron Lobster Served with Yoghurt Dip and Oven- Roasted Lobster Tail with Brandy Hollandaise and Gruyère. Prices are inclusive of free flow of juices and an additional $20 per person provides free flow of house wines, beer and soft drinks.
