BakeClub founder Anneka Manning is proud to be running the popular 6-month '' program again in 2016!Designed to make you a confident, inspired and skilled baker, no matter your current ability, is the only course of its kind for non-professionals in Australia. It is aimed squarely at the home cook who wants to develop their baking skills.Through this course, Anneka will teach participants not only the 'how' but also the 'why' of baking. Together, participants will explore the science behind baking, extend their baking know-how and improve their confidence and skill to achieve 'baking brilliance' every time! Hosted by Anneka, an experienced author, food editor, consultant, teacher and publisher, this practical and accessible course covers everything from the basics of baking, to more challenging techniques and presentation. The hands-on group sessions are held in an intimate group of 12, ensuring each participant receives one-on-one guidance and personalised instruction. Participants will be encouraged to experiment and practise what they've learnt between group sessions through at-home projects. They will also have access to an exclusive online forum, enabling discussion with fellow students and direct contact with Anneka between sessions.The grand finale of the program will be an exciting graduation event, giving participants the unique opportunity to showcase their new baking skills to their friends and family, as well as their classmates in a fun social environment.
