Madame Flavour has created a wonderful range of exquisite artisan teas and is soon to open a Tea House.
This story is that her mother is French and her father, Australian. They met and married in Sri Lanka before returning to Australia to settle.
Growing up in both cultures, Madame Flavour became a mother and wanted to develop the importance of sharing a culture with her daughter.
Wanting to bring in her French background to Australian culture, she created a range of French adventure teas that were personal to her.
Her hope is that her expression of her much loved French tea culture will evoke the senses with grand aromas and passion.
She has created a lovely range of teas with the highest quality leaves and elegant flavours - she hopes you will enjoy them in beautiful settings.
I took a couple home to try and as an avid tea fan myself, I am extremely impressed with them.
Having spent quite some time in France myself, they do evoke those memories for myself. Madame Flavour hopes that her flavors may whisk you away to a wonderfully dreamy place also. She hopes that it might represent a weekend in Monte Carlo, a summer in Provence or an afternoon in Paris, therefore the teas are named after these evocative memories.
There are many places around Australia you can sample these teas and Madame Flavour is soon to open a tea house in Melbourne (stay tuned) but for now you can purchase these teas at:
Coles
Woolworths and Safeway
Thomas Dux
Ritchies
IGAs
Foodworks
Romeo's
Chapley's
Leo's
Renaissance
and many independent supermarkets, regional and online tea stores.
You may expect to these artisan teas to have an extremely high price tag, however you will be pleasantly surprised to find that you can find them in many supermarkets around Melbourne - they are known as Madame Flavour tea and can be found in the tea and coffee section of your supermarket in beautifully designed artisan boxes.
