Summer has come. Most of the people will flock to Bondi Beach or Manly Beach which are the top 2 beaches locals and tourists know. How about if I want a quieter place to have a serious swim and enjoy the sunshine at the same time?

will be the one you are looking for. It is an outdoor saltwater pool at Cremorne Point in North Sydney. You can see both opera house and harbour bridge while swimming. Enjoying a wonderful afternoon at there with friends or families will make the day.

There is no toilet around the pool, so a big towel for change is recommanded. There is a showering system so you can wash away the salt water with ease.

A pleasant walk at Cremorne Resrve after the swim will be a good way to end the day.

How to get there:
The Cremorne Wharf has closed since October, 2014.

There is a bus 225 getting there from Neutral Bay Wharf.

Or if you like to walk, you can get a train to either North Sydney or Milson Point and walk to there. Easy walking which takes around 40 minutes.
