Along Luxton Road, adjacent to the city-bound entrance of the historic Hawksburn Railway Station, is a popular little cafe. At you will not only find good coffee, but the most delectable baked goods such as a warmed buttery croissant infused with chocolate and gently topped with softly powdered sugar and crunchy slivered almonds. Definitely a treat to remember.

Apart from an enticing selection of sweet pastries and other baked goods, there are equally interesting items on the breakfast and lunch menu. Staff are always friendly and courteous and ready to help with selections if it all becomes too difficult to choose. Of course, you can always return on another occasion to try that other something that leaves you wondering as you walk away. If you catch the train at Hawksburn regularly, then you can drop by for breakfast or lunch whenever you like.

has inside and outside tables. The inside space appears to be too tight for wheelchairs or prams, but if you're lucky enough to find an outside table on a pleasant day, you will not be disappointed. Free time-limited parking is usually available. Hawksburn Railway Station is right across the road.

There is a great view of Hawksburn Railway Station as you walk across the bridge on Cromwell Road. Many grand old houses and terraces are located in Hawksburn, which nestles itself between Toorak and South Yarra, so it is worth taking a stroll along the neighbouring streets of Luxton Road.
