Here's a great way to express your love this Valentine's Day. Buy a $10 love lock with a metal heart tag attached and the proceeds will go to the Heart Foundation .

The Heart Foundation is a charity dedicated to fighting the single biggest killer of Australians – heart disease. For over 50 years, the Heart Foundation has led the battle to save lives and improve the heart health of all Australians. Their aim is to achieve a world where people don't suffer or die prematurely because of heart disease. 82% of their funding comes from public donations.



Buying a lock is a great way to pledge eternal love to your Valentine, remember a loved one, celebrate a new relationship or mark a relationship milestone. Whatever the reason, every love lock sold will help the Heart Foundation to save more hearts and more lives.

How can you buy one of these locks? There will be two heart installations in Melbourne:

Queensbridge Square, Southbank:
10th February, midday – midnight
11 – 14th February, 8am – 11pm

Collins Square, 727 Collins Street:
9 – 12th February, 9am – 4pm.



Buy a lock, personalise it with a message to your loved one, and lock it onto the specially built love lock installations. The giant heart installation in Queensbridge Square reaches nearly 3.8 metres in height!

Look out for the high energy Spandy Andy who will make a special appearance as Cupid at Collins Square on Friday 12th February and at Queensbridge Square on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th February.
