So, what's the line-up? It's pretty big, huge actually, and includes James Reyne, Jon Stevens, Daryl Braithwaite and the Black Sorrows, headed by Joe Camilleri.
Some of you, like me, will know the artists well (not personally, but you know what I mean), given we've almost grown up with them. The younger set will too once they hear some of their music. Check out some of their legendary songs:
James Reyne: Reckless
Daryl Braithwaite: Summer Love (this one will bring back some memories for some)
The Black Sorrows: Harley and Rose
Jon Stevens: Touch
I don't know of any other event that draws Aussie icons of this calibre to the one stage on the one day. And, given it takes
place amidst the lovely Victoria State Rose Garden with the historic Werribee Mansion as a backdrop; it will be idyllic.
Get there early as it creates a bit of traffic. An early start also means you get to lounge about on the lawn on a lovely Sunday afternoon for even longer!
