Get creative this summer with homeware knitting projects
It's time to get knitting!
Knitting is a craft that has withstood the test of time because it is versatile, practical and easy to learn. It is also a relaxing social activity and great for keeping idle hands busy during casual conversations.
Your host will demonstrate basic stitches and how to read patterns, and you will use these new-found skills to begin your first knitting project on the day.
The small class sizes ensure that you will have a cosy, comfortable environment to practice your knitting, and you'll get plenty of opportunities to interact with the host. Get tips and advice as you work, and trade stories with your peers over a complimentary beverage.
All materials you need are provided on the day. You'll also go home with your very own set of bamboo knitting needles, a wool darning needle, and a ball of yarn, at the end of the class.
Classes are available fortnightly on Saturday afternoon's for a cosy wool-and-cuppa session, with a non-alcoholic drink of your choice. Kick back with a cuppa, and enjoy the company and conversation with fellow lovers of knitting.
