The Kirribilli Vintage Quarter Markets are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 9am to 3pm in Bradfield Park on Milsons Point.

It features over 100 different stalls focusing on:

"...vintage fashion and accessories,
antiques and collectables, recycled fashion (second hand clothes) and home-wares."

It's one of those markets you can poke around in for hours, finding all kinds of interesting bits and pieces. It's also held in a lovely location next to the northern end of the harbour bridge.

The best way to get to the markets on public transport is by train to Milsons Point Station. The area is also well served by buses. See the 131500 website for your best route.
