If you are wanting to enjoy quality sushi in Bondi Junction, then Kingyo is definitely the destination where quality sushi can be found, devoured and enjoyed. It is a shame that this sushi experience does not last forever. Have not tried their sushi train on this occasion but I have brought lunch here in the food court area of Westfield's in Bondi Junction.

On the occasion that I brought lunch here, I received a Japanese welcome and went for a few different sushi rolls. The chicken teriyaki was the most filling on this occasion. The chicken was not overly dry and it was a bit juicy which is unusual for a sushi roll. The sashimi based rolls still satisfied with the taste of the freshest possible fish.

Well displayed sushi and the service was fast and quite organised. It appears to be the case that all the staff take great pride in serving quality sushi. Rice was also freshly made, and the rice was not too heavy either. If you love sushi and you happen to be in the area, then remember to consider Kingyo.
