The Mindful Journey invites children to an amazing workshop these school holidays to enhance their awareness. Fears, worry and being overly concerned will diminish a child's energy field, but by creating positive thoughts and feelings they can easily learn to shift their energy from fear to love. Learning to manage their energy will have positive effects on the child's mental, emotional and physical well being.


In this workshop children will learn simple methods of using Reiki and Meditation. This course is designed to explore their innate potential in a supportive environment. The child's unique perspective will be honoured in this class and Reiki and Meditation will be introduced in a simple fun way that they can understand and take out into the world to help deal with everyday stress and anxiety in a more positive way.


Cost: $80 per child includes Reiki Kids Certificate, Reiki Kids book and all craft materials. Bring a picnic lunch (no nuts) and a cushion (or yoga mat) to sit on!
