A short drive through the Swan Valley just 15km from Perth, you'll find the Iron bark brewery located in Caversham. Known for its international speciality beers and live music every Saturday and Sunday between 1-4pm, this place caters for those seeking somewhere 'chilled.' With its shed type vibe with limestone walls and the outdoor wood fire pizza oven as its best asset, it's definitely a place to catch up with friends and enjoy a good meal.

The Ironbark caters best for large groups of people and tours, and due to the busyness and incoming crowds, it doesn't seem ideal for families with kids. The 'try before you buy' samples are great, when you aren't sure whether to choose the salted caramel, strawberry or passion-fruit cider, or opt for something different and have an alcoholic spider. With the beers and ciders changing regularly on the menu, there is always something new to try each time you return.
