Plan the perfect hens party with these useful ideas
Here is a review dedicated to those ladies planning a hens night. I hope this list of activities and places provides some inspiration to make the night one that people will never forget. If anyone can think of any other great ideas, please feel free to comment.
The Party Hen:
The 'Hire Engine': The hire engine is a chauffeur driven fire engine that seats 9 people. Pick your favourite tunes from the collection of party anthems on board, have a drink and a dance in your seat. The driver will cart you around for the period of time booked for. Guaranteed for a laugh and perfect way to start the evening. BYO drinks.
The Stretch Hummer: Seating for up to 16 people. BYO drinks and music. Assured to get any hen into the party vibe.
The Champagne Bus: Seats 36 people. BYO drinks, hollywood tinted windows, mahogany wooden dance floor, mirror balls, poles, large screens and music.
The Dress Up Hens:
Bogan Bingo: A dress up hen's night with a difference! And who doesn't love a bit of bogan inspired bingo?
The Croquet Club, New Farm: Spoil the bride and her closest friends for a few hours in the afternoon at the Croquet Club @ New Farm. For $15 per person, you will be able to play a few rounds of this great game. A further $5 per event will get you access to the barbecue and don't forget to BYO drinks. Dress up to add that extra element of fun - 1950's style. You could cater a high tea, play croquet and drink champagne in your vintage gear.
Op Shop Party: Take everyone to an Op Shop and give them $30 to spend on some clothes for the night ahead (include the cost in the overall cost of the night). You will have a right old laugh trying to kit everyone out.
The Dinner Hens:

Tibetan Kitchen, Fortitude Valley: The unique thing about this location is that the function room upstairs will be yours for the night. No booking fee. Enjoy this space with your closest girl friends. BYO, set menu. You can decorate this space to your liking.
Mirasoul, Caxton Street: Tapas and Wine Bar. The special package created for hen's includes tapas, a sparkling wine on arrival, a cocktail and a cocktail creation class. After the lesson, the group will be able to create their own cocktail and name it.
The Entertaining Hens:
Life Drawing Class: This idea will create a great atmosphere. Good for a laugh, even if you aren't the most artistic person. BYO drinks. Equipment and male model provided.
The Comedy Club: The hen will sure to be picked on, and your cheeks will be sore from laughter.
Burlesque Classes, life drawing, make some fancy knickers & high tea: Book your hens party with Sew Gorgeous in Paddington and your day will be themed to suit your needs. BYO. Mix and match your day with whatever items take your fancy.
The Luxurious Hens:
Visit a Day Spa: What girl doesn't love a bit of pampering? Getaway Day Spa in Mt Tamborine offers the perfect experience. Bring along a few bottles of sparkling wine to enjoy whilst enjoying the day spa room (completed with mineral pool, Jacuzzi and sauna).
