Hurricane's Steak and Grill isn't a restaurant, it's a memory etched into my stomach that will be relived time and time again. Just be sure to book ahead, it's a happening place.

Yes, of course the décor is nice, the waitresses are friendly and pretty much everything else you expect from a nice restaurant. But that's never enough is it? If I wanted to sit in a dimly lit room with friendly girls, I can think of a multitude of alternatives. No, no. I've come for one thing and one thing only, ribs.

Just touching the menu makes me salivate. Don't let my quick decision for ribs fool you, it's not my first rodeo. The decision is a tough one but luckily, the menu is a fantastic read. Leave ample time too, rushing isn't an option. Every time my hungry eyes wander the menu, they never go past 'the challenge'. I don't care who you are, if the full rack of ribs don't give you the meat sweats, you're doing it wrong. The sheer size of the meal silences customers from their conversations. The succulent smell of barbecued meat sizzles off the plate. It's daunting, it's exciting, it's here.

Now piss off, I'm hungry.
