Nestled in one of Melbourne's iconic laneways in the heart of the CBD sits a stylish Japanese inspired spa going by the name of Sakura Lounge , offering massage, beauty treatments and holistic therapy.



Sakura Lounge specialises in the art of healing, fusing western therapy with natural treatments, offering private holistic consultations in Reiki, Kinesiology and Clinical Aromatherapy.



Clinical Aromatherapy uses plant-derived essential oils in therapeutic treatment to promote health and wellbeing to help with a wide range of ailments, known offer fast relief in managing negative emotional states and stress related issues.

Qualified Therapist Angela Vrettas, under her business Scent of Life, offers Clinical Aromatherapy consultations within the treatment rooms of Sakura Lounge, every Thursday.



Angela started her journey in essential oil treatment in 2007, and went on to complete a Clinical Certification as an Aromatherapist with the Institute of Spiritual Healing & Aromatherapy (ISHA).

Using aromatherapy healing techniques, Angela uses natures medicine in botanical oils together with energy healing to help individuals gain overall wellness and happiness from the inside, out.



Should you choose to book an aroma consultation with Angela, you will be welcomed into a serene treatment room filled with a mix of scents and peaceful music. At your first appointment, Angela will discuss your health history, and put together essential oil formulations that may appeal to your preference and individual needs in attaining wellness of the body and mind.

After a healing session involving your appropriately matched essential oil, you can expect to leave Sakura Lounge feeling balanced, refreshed and rejuvenated, plus you will go home with a custom blend oil that is formulated to address your areas of specific needs.



Initial consultations will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, and cost $75 for the first session. Follow ups and additional hours for treatments are billed at $45, the half hourly rate.



In addition to Clinical Aromatherapy Consultations, Angela can provide you with your very own 'Essence in a Bottle', capturing your own personal perfume matched according to your energy, essence and preference. This service involves intuitive formulation and knowledge, making your chemical-free fragrance unique and personal to you. Your organic essential oil perfume can be applied as often as you like with no side effects, which would make an ideal gift for a special someone.

The 'Essence in a Bottle' service is offered face to face or online through Skype and email at $120.00 (plus shipping charges if applicable)
