A family day out to leave the kids with happy tired smiles
The suburb of Ferny Hills comes alive on 10 May with The Hills Carnivale!
Supported by the Moreton Bay Shire Council, The Hills Carnivale is an annual community event full of fun and entertainment for the whole family. Held on the Saturday afternoon of Mother's Day weekend, make it a family afternoon out for mum, dad and the kids!
Littlies, school aged children and parents alike will love the atmosphere and activities on offer! In true Carnivale style, the afternoon will feature:
* live entertainment
* food and market stalls
* fun rides
* kids' activities
So if you're lost for something to do on the afternoon of Saturday 10 May, don't miss out on visiting the friendly folk at the Carnivale! The kids will love it - there will be so much fun they are sure to be left with happy tired smiles at the end of the day! (Dare we say it, leaving mum and dad to a relaxing quiet night on Mother's Day eve!)

The Hills Carnivale kicks off at 12:00pm, finishing with the grand fireworks show at 6.30pm.
The event organisers are still accepting applications for stall holders. For more information, see the website or contact Bronte Morris of the Council on 0428 612 047 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Great article, however, I would prefer if you had acknowledged me as the photographer on the "Showbag shot". I go to a lot of effort to actually visit events and take the photos, so please acknowledge my work, if you are going to include it in your articles!
