You are served your very own three tier set, filled with an exquisite collection of contemporary sweets and savouries. A far cry from your standard finger sandwiches and cupcakes, High Teas at The Westin Melbourne introduce creative little eats to your tummies.



Should you choose to begin at the top of your three tier set, you will start with the familiar fluffy scones, infused with vanilla and accompanied with a rich berry conserve & cream. Moving on to the savouries in your serve, and your tastebuds will explore flavoursome textures. Smoked salmon on rye with lemon myrtle cream cheese filling, delectable egg salad pinwheels with radish and dill, and a nod to the traditional cucumber sandwich, only this time filled with pickled red onion cream cheese.

Sweets are little pockets of yummy bite-size edibles, with a special mention for the apple-pie macarons and chocolate walnut fig 'salami'.
