Parsnip Cereal, Sound of the Sea and Red Cabbage Gazpacho are recipes and outstanding dishes that food enthusiasts have brought into their home.
Australian foodies now have the opportunity to see Heston Blumenthal, the man behind the dishes, when the Head Chef and creator of the Fat Duck Restaurant and TV shows Mission Impossible and Heston's Feasts, tours the country in 2012.
Blumenthal will be showcasing his approach to cooking and charisma as he takes the audience on a journey of scientific experiments as he proves why he is the master of molecular gastronomy.
Heston will also tell the audience of his beginnings to the creation of some of his most famous dishes including The Sound of the Sea with edible sand, the logic defying Hot and Iced Tea, his famous Snail Porridge and the highly unusual but popular Mock Turtle Soup that takes three days to make.
Tickets for the show start from $75.00 up to $325 in Brisbane and Adelaide with your opportunity to meet Heston and gain premium seats for the show.
Heston is appearing for only one night in each city and it will be an event not to miss.
