If you're the dramatic type, why not spend a night out at the Heidelberg Theatre Company (HTC). Located in Rosanna, opposite Rosanna train station, the HTC is a non-professional theatre company which produces five plays per year. The Company began in 1952 and was a founding member of the Victorian Drama League. During its 59 years, HTC has produced more than 350 plays, now drawing over 6500 patrons to shows per year.
The air-conditioned auditorium has recently been fitted out with new seating and includes a sound loop for the hearing impaired.
Each of the plays for the year has 12 performances: Thursday-Saturday nights at 8pm plus two Sunday matinees (2pm) and one Wednesday 8pm performance in the final week. Dates for the remainder of 2011 performances are:
