As soon as you walk into the chic warehouse style studio, be prepared to stretch, strengthen and center your mind. Harlow always smells delicious with an assortment of essential oils that will stimulate your senses.

There's also a relaxing day spa experience for clients so that you leave feeling good about yourself and body, and like all your troubles have melted away. Harlow's instructors teach students to listen to their body and become aware of their thoughts in order to choose what they want more of in their life.
