Green Sundays at La Boite

Home > Things to do in Brisbane > Theatre
Published February 15th 2011

How do free theatre tickets sound? Pretty good? Well, on your bike.

The La Boite Theatre Company (Roundhouse Theatre, Level 5 The Works, 6-8 Musk Avenue, Kelvin Grove) hosts Green Sundays, where patrons who walk, ride, skate or use some other form of pollution free transportation receive their tickets for free. Of course, you will have to prove it by presenting your bike, skater or (if you walked) sweat soaked clothing.

If walking to Kelvin Grove is out of the question, show the guys at the box office your Go Card or public transport receipt to receive a ticket for only ten dollars.

Tickets are available for the following shows:

Julius Caeser,
boy girl wall,
Edward Gant,
Colder,
The Harbringer,
Water Wars,
The Hamlet Apocalypse, and
Ruben Guthrie.

La Boite Theatre proves that Kermit the Frog had it all wrong – it is easy being green.
