I joined this gym 4 months ago after being diagnosed with Diabetes and needed to lose weight and change my diet for a better life. The staff there are supportive and so very friendly. Since joining I have lost 60 cms and 3 dress sizes and now my daughter Cassie who is 16 and recovering from spinal surgery has joined up as well as they have Exercise Physiologists and one of them is also a Physiotherapist so they were able to write up a program for her. Customer service with a smile is rare these days but everyone on staff there great you by name and with a smile and words of encouragement. Would recommend this facility for anyone no matter their fitness level. Leanne Shields
