, Willunga is located at 30 High Street, Willunga, South Australia, along with several other unique stores. The café is decorated in a retro sixties style and features memorabilia from the Golden Fleece Petrol era. We elected to try the café because it looked comfortable inside.


The Golden Fleece cafe has a range of light meals, cakes and snacks. I chose something from their all-day breakfast range. It had poached eggs, avocado, sour cream, finely chopped fresh onion and tomato seasoning a generous piece of salmon and presented on top of home-made corn bread. The meal was served warm and truly was unique in flavor. This cost me about $17, but was worth it.



As we sat talking and drinking our standard cappuccino and teas, we noticed that there was an extensive range of herbal and connoisseur teas available on their beverage menu. The tea my friend had ordered turned out to be a locally made mix, even though it was a black tea. My friend ordered a piece of lemon slice to go with his tea.
