Glebe Record Fair

Home > Things to do in Sydney > Music | Shopping
Event: 10/10/2009
Once discarded junk at garage sales, vinyl records are finding their 'cool' once again.

Speak to second-hand music dealers around town, and they will tell you of the increasing popularity of records, and how good quality second-hand vinyl is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Fortunately there's no need to despair, just be sure to keep the 10th October free as the Glebe Record Fair once again comes to the Peter Forsyth Auditorium opposite Broadway Shopping Centre.

Over 100 different stalls will be set up on the day, and all genres of music will be covered. So if there's a certain album you've been trying to track down, here might be your best chance.

If vinyl isn't your thing, but you still love your music that don't discount this event. An excellent selection of second-hand cds, books, dvds, posters and memorabilia will also be available on the day.

Early bird entry (between 9-10am) is $6, after 10am entry is $3.
