Fans of contemporary art will be delighted to hear that the
Frieze Art Fair is back again, taking place in the splendid surroundings of Regent's Park.
It runs from the 15th October until the 18th, and being one of the biggest events on the UK arts calendar, is a must for lovers of contemporary art.
Whatever tickles your fancy - whether it be paintings, installations, video, photography or sculptures - you'll be sure to find something here to satiate your senses among the 1,000 pieces of art on show.
On display will be an enormous number of works by artists, both established and newbies, from all over the world, with more than 150 galleries in attendance.
Many exhibits will be interactive, so get hands on! Feel free to chat to the artists about their work, too.
For the real aficionados, there'll be discussions, panel debates and a number of lectures taking place.
And once you've had your fill of all things arty, take a rest and enjoy the relaxing park setting by flopping down on the grass and enjoying a picnic - weather permitting, of course!
