The array of fresh foods in the Goldie is quite diverse. A challenging question to begin with. Just exactly where is the best place to buy fresh food on the Gold Coast? Apart from the various Farmers Markets at Marina Mirage, and at the Gold Coast Turf Club, the clear standout would have to be a cafe turned foodie paradise at Providore at the Marina Mirage. Basically everything and anything fresh can be found here. Move over Thomas Dux, this well presented fresh food will ensure that your body will thank you for only feeding it goodness if anything.
Speaking of diverse, the seafood, meats, hot chickens, juices and antipasto like deli items are so fresh here. Wherever you live on the Goldie, or even if you are a visitor to the Gold Coast, quality food for cooking in your serviced apartment (for instance) can be found here. Quality chef Luke Turner can whip up some magic, and again the food is well displayed with an abundance of S Pellegrino drinks for sale here as well.
If you would like to eat in instead, a quality kid friendly cafe is present on Providores premises. The vegetables and the antipasto dishes spell quality. If you are into organic produce in particular, you might have just hit the grocers jackpot. Maybe.
Otherwise, there is another place that sells some fresh fruit at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. That's right, love the fruit (including the apples) at HR Pretty Farm Fresh Fruit & Veg. It's a corner based store, and is in the outdoor shopping area, right near the chill out zone.
There are no excuses to not eat healthy food anymore
