Want to practice yoga for free? is run by Anthony Papalia, qualified yoga instructor who believes yoga should be for everyone.
"I loved that last year a wide variety of people participated, there were families including young children, teenagers, adults and seniors, everyone had a go! As a Yoga teacher I benefit from teaching people from all walks of life, all at different skill levels - this is a way in which I can develop my skills as a teacher and what a better way to do it!"
The free yoga sessions take place from 6.00-7.00pm at Sir James Mitchell Park on the South Perth Foreshore - starting weekly from Wednesday 28 October 2015 and running throughout Spring and Summer.
There's no need to register, just come on down and bring with you a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.
"We practice yoga ourselves at home on a daily basis but it was so nice to practice in a group for a change and of course out in the warm summer air in a beautiful location - and it was amazing that it was free!" said Jane a participant from last season.
There's nothing better than going down to the river of a summer's eve. Now you can couple that with free group exercise and a calming post work experience. While you're there why not bring a picnic for after and make a night of it!
