As summer sizzles and the long hot summer nights continue everyone is looking for a cool way to spend an evening. Do you remember the days of the old drive-in movie theatre? How much fun were they? Unfortunately, drive-ins are few and far between now, so instead, how about a cool and casual outdoor movie?
The
City of Cockburn will be holding free outdoor movie nights every Friday night during February 2012. Featuring some great family movies that everyone will enjoy, the movie evenings run between 6pm and 10pm and there will be free popcorn, tea, coffee, milo and Tim Tams.

Friday 17 February – Wizard of Oz, Len Packham Reserve, Cordelia Ave, Coolbellup (Next to Len Packham Clubrooms).

Friday 24 February - Strictly Ballroom, Nicholson Reserve, Osprey Drive, Yangebup.
So why not pop along to one of these venues, watch a good movie and have a great night out. Bring along your picnic blanket for a unique experience that the whole family can enjoy in the cool evening air. It's fun and it's free.
