A little slice of Italy has arrived at Westfield Sydney in the form of Fratelli Fresh. You may have heard of them before, considering that they have several restaurants scattered throughout Sydney. This Italian restaurant excels at providing authentic dishes at affordable prices.

Inside the restaurant, the decor is beautiful. Vibrant tones of red, white and black cover the dining space, adding excitement and interest to the atmosphere of the restaurant.



Fans of Fratelli Fresh will be pleased to know that you will find some favourites on the menu (like the popular Lamb Ragu & Tagliatelle), but there are also a range of new dishes unique to the Westfield Sydney restaurant. Dining at the restaurant for a late Sunday lunch - my dining partner and I first sampled the Parma pizza. The Parma is a white base pizza with parma ham, mozzarella, parmesan and fresh rocket. The pizza was so simple - but each element of the dish was delicious. The pizza base was thin, traditional style, and good enough to eat on its own.



Second on the table was the Chicken Salad. Much like the pizza, it was a simple dish. But despite its simplicity, the quality ingredients made this salad special. The colourful mixed salad leaves were fresh, crisp and flavourful, complimented by a sweet and savoury vinaigrette. The chicken was covered in herbs, and the addition of sliced almonds and currants were the perfect accents to create a great dish.



People often associate pizza, pasta, and rich meals with feelings of guilt - but there's no need to feel guilty about eating Italian Food at Fratelli Fresh. Freshness, quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavour combinations make you feel nourished, rather than over-indulged.
