The 5th annualPeninsula Summer Music Festival presents lute and classical guitar aficionado Simon Martyn-Ellis. Simon, from Akademie fűr Alte Musik Berlin and the Freiburger Barockorchester, joins forces with German alto Dorothee Merkel to explore German song across the centuries.

Be spoilt with a four course dining experience of local Peninsula produce and wine at the Vines of Red Hill to accompany the evenings sophisticated entertainment.The program includes works by Schutz, JS Bach, Schubert as well as Brahms. To ensure the evening is even more unforgettable there will also be renditions of rare Renaissance and traditional folk songs.

The music festival is a week of performances accompanied by the finest food and wine spanning across our stunning Peninsula.
