Five Sisters Arthouse Cafe

Home > Things to do in Brisbane > Cafes
Published December 13th 2010
Nothing beats a home cooked meal, especially when it's a family recipe. This is also the philosophy of the titular sisters of the Five Sisters Art House Cafe (75 Fish Lane, South Brisbane).

Situated in a heritage listed building that resonates old world European charm, Five Sisters is owned and operated by five sisters who were taught the secrets of Greek and Mediterranean cooking by their mother. The delicacies on the menu offer a sample of traditional and contemporary dishes, plus some secret family recipes.

The cafe has a breakfast and lunch menu, and also offers desserts and drinks. Signature dishes include the meze platter with haloumi cheese, olives, Turkish bread and a trio of dips and traditional Greek sweets like baklava and loukomi.

Five Sister Arthouse Cafe is an atmospheric venue for a light meal or a coffee and treat.
