The selection of entrées present an eloquent celebration of seafood - some of the highlights include pacific oyster, with cucumber & seaweed vinegar; scallop and smoked trout tartar on witloaf; tomato, saffron and mussel broth and crystal bay prawns, fennel and octopus salad, herbs and fennel pollen.
