Known for its generous breakfasts and toasted sandwiches, the modern looking Fabric Restaurant is situated in the heart of Melbourne's Southbank, not far from the Crown Casino and Victorian Arts Centre. It offers both inside and outside dining, and has a fantastic track record in the areas of quality service and friendly staff.

With its Australian-European style menu, the Fabric restaurant comes with a romantic and casual atmosphere, making it suitable for your first date. Sometimes formalities can be overwhelming during the initial critical stages of any relationship, but this eatery takes things down a little. Besides, its takeaway service ensures that any meal can be had in a nearby park.

This place is also known for its lovely coffee, and although it offers patrons the option of booking online, it tends not to respond to such bookings. Apparently the restaurant website has not been updated for quite some time.
