Executive Chef's demonstration classes are just the thing for you.
This July, Executive Chef is inviting a famous chef from Melbourne to conduct a special demonstration class. These classes run up to two and a half hours and light refreshments are provided. A full course menu will be prepared during the session, and participants are allowed to taste the dishes and ask questions at the end of the session. Full recipes are provided as well, so that you can recreate these special dishes at home.
Classes are conducted in air conditioned, fully equipped kitchens, which can seat up to 40 participants. Items used in the cooking demonstration class can be purchased after the session for a specially discounted price; please contact Executive Chef for more details.
