What's Hot: It may not have everything right for you, but for its well crafted interior decor, spacious layout of tables and couches and the perfectly soothing lighting at various nooks, this place deserves a big applause. Saturdays are the nights when this place turns flamboyant adding maximum zest to your fun quotient. On Thursdays they serve drinks at specials for $5 for the entire night and if you dig on Pizzas then this is your day.

Some of my favourites are Prawn Pizza, Chicken Tikka Pizza and Sweet Potato Mozzarella Pizza. It has a beautiful outdoor place laced with heaters for those who want to enjoy a smoke or two even in the wintery nights of Melbourne.

What's Not: Drinks might be little overpriced as compared to other bars and nightclub in the city and parking maybe a little difficult if you do not plan your trip in advance. If you have dancing feet then you might get a little disappointed here.

Spice Market

What's Hot: Location, location and location. Situated right next to Grand Hyatt, this bar, lounge and nightclub is one of the hottest places to hang out over the weekends for those who love exquisite interiors, breathtaking ambiance and great music. This is an absolutely up-market place, so dress up well when you plan to rock up there.

The private areas are a great place to sit and enjoy some drinks and some gourmet food if you are with a bunch of friends. Thursdays are also Ladies night here, so ladies queue up and enjoy special $5 drinks from 5 pm to 9 pm. The dim lights and colourful interiors create perfect mood for some indulgence and reflect the spirit of spice rich countries from Asia, Middle East and Mediterranean.

What's Not: Spice Market gets too crowded after 9 pm on weekends, so make sure you have your name entered into the guest list to avoid any disappointment.

What's Hot: Longroom brings out the best in style, service and sophistication for its customers. Visit this place on Fridays and Saturdays and feel the temperature soaring high with the heat of glamour, style, music and unceasing fun around.

On Thursday you can enjoy the special $10 cocktail drinks all night through, while on Fridays nights you can enjoy special $5 drinks and also groove to feat thumping music played by some of the best DJs from Melbourne. It also offers great food with flavours from Europe and Asia to tingle your taste buds. You can also dig into its a la carte menu on Friday and Saturday nights.

What's Not: Since Longroom is located in CBD, you might struggle to find a parking.
