Formerly George Patterson House, now in its place stands Establishment, a true Sydney icon that breathes elegance and creates a feel of high society.The moment you step in, be greeted by the 42 meter long marble bar, high ceilings, carved pillars and chandeliers.
Establishment is well known for its Salsa Nights on Tuesdays, where patrons can get a free lesson at 8pm and rock the dance floor until 2am. Beware of the crowd as the night pulls ahead!
Other than that, it is generally a chill out place for post-work drinks, client meetings and networking. If you are headed there any night of the week, be sure to suit up as the bouncers will pull their weight when it comes to attire.
