Our natural environment is becoming increasingly under threat for short term economic gain. Legislative controls have been relaxed and we have failed to properly recognise that environmental diversity and resilience are important for our generation and the future.

The Flinders Law School, Environmental Defenders Office and the National Environmental Law Association are holding a forum on Tuesday November 17 on the topic: ?

Come along opportunity to hear and discuss ideas for improving our environmental laws and to consider whether existing efforts will be enough in protecting our precious environment. Topics include the work of the Australian Panel of Experts on Environmental Law and proposed changes to South Australia's planning system.
