will need:
500 grams beef mince, 500 grams pork mince
1 and a 1/4 cups of white wine
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
dash of tabasco sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard
2 eggs, sprinkle of chopped parsley and chives
salt and pepper to season, BBQ sauce to glaze

Step 1:
Soak breadcrumbs in white wine and mix all other ingredients together in a separate large bowl. Add moist breadcrumbs and mix really well.

Step 2:
Transfer mixture into a greased loaf tin and pack tightly. Glaze with BBQ sauce and place in the fridge for at least two hours. Turn oven on about half an hour before removing mixture from the fridge. Heat to 180 degrees for a conventional oven and 150 degrees for a fan forced oven.

Step 3:
Cook in oven for 1 and a half hours and let cool. Turn out onto plate or rack and slice. Serve hot or cold and enjoy.
