If you are a fitness and/or a fun run fitness event nut, and perhaps you can't wait for the City2Surf in August; then you are in luck once again. This event could be viewed as the 'sweetener' or 'teaser' before the City2Surf. This is the Dee Why to Manly Sun Run, and this annual event is held a day before the Cole Classic, also organised by The Sydney Morning Herald.

This event starts at The Strand in Dee Why, and finishes up at The Steyne in Manly, and the course is 6.5kms all in all; and you will receive a finisher's medal as part of your entry fee. This event is also a fundraiser for over 600 different charities for the second time.

A simple fundraising event, and is a great day out for families and friends alike. Further information on this annual event can be found by clicking here. Guaranteed to catch great glimpses and views of Sydney's Northern Beaches precinct. Beautiful and relaxing to say the least.
