Have a bit of eclectic 'scandi' in the blood? Not quite sure what you're shopping for but will definitely know it when you see it? Well here's your excuse (to hubby) to stretch those legs before perhaps continuing on your journey to the Barrington Tops.

Sitting conveniently and coaxingly on the Bucketts Way Tourist Drive in the quaint old township of Stroud (which in itself is a real charm), this treasure chest Aussie 'elder' is sure to quell your inner boho chic desires.

Brimming with all that's non-generic, it will feel like a big ol' genuine hug from Grandma as this old girl welcomes and inspires you to rummage.

With something of interest to almost everyone - old chairs, tools, books, records, vintage furniture, baby clothes, toys and blankets, crockery, fabrics and linens, dog coats, you name it - it's highly likely it will get your creative juices flowing-on-over in no time (it's OK, they're hard wooden floors).

And if all of that 'skipping down memory lane' eventually leaves you with a vintage sized appetite, home made scones, cakes etc are at the ready to take with you (to perhaps enjoy when you reach your holiday destination). Delicious.

There's even a pub across the road which might buy you a little extra time with you-know-who (if he's not driving, of course) if you can't help but annoyingly linger.
