Coorparoo Markets

Home > Things to do in New York > Markets
Published January 17th 2011
Brisbane's newest addition to the market industry provides an easy, breezy and comfortable shopping experience. The Coorparoo Markets is one of Brisbane's few indoor markets, and features more than 200 stalls spread out over two levels. Amongst the myriad food stalls you can find fresh market produce, dairy, pasta, seafood and bread.

The markets are held in the former Myers building in Coorparoo (300 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo) and are fully air conditioned. There are toilets on site, an upstairs food court and limited EFTPOS facilities, so you get the convenience of a shopping centre combined with the freshness of market goods.

The Coorparoo Markets take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 7.00am until 6.00pm, and on Sunday from 7.00am until 2.30pm. Entry is free.

these markets no longer exist and haven't for a few months. It is now just and asian furniture store and cheap shop. Shame.. they were good as they were different to other markets.
