Beginner
Black Pearl Epicure School (
36 Baxter Street) offers classes for children in addition to their adult classes. There are several simple course to choose from, like Asian cooking, Christmas cooking and cupcake design.
Yummilicious Cookery (
St Bernards Catholic School, Klumpp Road, Upper Mount Gravatt) is a school designed specifically for children that teaches simple recipes as well as hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Intermediate
H4 Hospitality (
85 Edith Street, Wynnum) holds Mini Masterchef on Saturdays and during school holidays. They offer a variety of regional classes and also provide instruction on hygiene and nutrition.
Advanced
The
Ginger Factory Kids Club (
50 Pioneer Road, Yandina) has a school holiday program that is hosted by a Michelin starred chef. Classes are $50 each and children must be accompanied by an adult.
