This is a great recipe for novice cooks or kids as it is impossible to fail. Plus it makes very little mess as you only need a bowl, a measuring cup and a wooden spoon.

1 cup of self-raising flour 1 cup of coconut 1 cup of sugar cup of milk
1) Grease a cake or loaf tin and line with baking paper.
2) Preheat the oven to 180°C
3) Place everything into a mixing bowl and bring together with a spatula.
4) Bake for 30 minutes or until the top has browned slightly.
