Char Baby came about when its owner, Nicole, who has been a chef all around the world for over 20 years, decided to let her life's experiences and travels give the inspiration for her next venture. Char Baby World Barbeque and Catering became a mobile distribution centre of pleasure because it applies Nicole's philosophy for ensuring a happy life: Peace, Love and Barbeque.

Nicole sees the world as an amazing place, and the barbeque as the opportunity to travel to different destinations every time she feels hungry. So, if you want spicy, crunchy, chewy or juicy food that is chin wiping-ly delicious then Char Baby World Barbeque is for you!

Similarly, if you want that perfect corporate day out that will impress and keep everyone sweet, Char Baby is the complete catering solution. Nicole is happy to discuss the details with you, so she can understand what you want and what is needed by her to make sure all your catering needs and expectations are fulfilled.



Char Baby's menu is as varied as it is mouth-watering. One look at the selections available for privately catered functions will amaze you at what can be created on the humble barbeque – but, of course, Nicole's is no humble barbeque. Hers is an ethereal, sublime grill extraordinaire!



For that perfect function, you need to invite at least 40 guests and provide them with a minimum of four menu items each. Once all the hard decisions have been made, there's a booking fee of $300 for functions being held within a 20 km radius from Wynnum North. Any further distance is charged at $50 per 20km. Upon confirmation of the booking, a 50% deposit is required.

There's only one , so it has to be first in, best dressed. Don't delay or you might miss out, and what a shame that would be for your party.

If you have read my other articles you will know I always like to be reminded of my long lost youth. When I started writing this story, I kept having flashbacks, and then it came to me. I recalled a song from long ago, which I'm sure was called something like Char Baby, and from memory it went something like this:
