Executive Chef Chapel Hill Retreat
Chapel Hill Retreat offers you the chance to interact and learn from one of South Australia's most prominent young chefs, Rebecca Stubbs. Rebecca cooked for three years with highly awarded chef Le Tu Thai at the
Bridgewater Mill and Ann Oliver at
Enoteca. Rebecca went on to win the
South Australian Lexus Young Chef of the Year finishing runner up in the national competition in 2008. She was recruited by Luke Mangan to work at his
Salt restaurant in Tokyo. The following year Rebecca worked with world renowned Thai food expert, David Thompson. She has also worked at
Chloe's with
South Australian chef of the Year 2009, Johnny Triscari. Be inspired by Rebecca.
You can choose from a number of styles and menus that Rebecca excells in: Vietnamese salads, Japanese sashimi, provincial French foods, Spanish tapas and Middle Eastern sweets.

Classes are tailored to groups, but expect a demonstration and then to get down to do it yourself in the kitchen especially adapted for the classes (catering for up to 35 people), with Rebecca at hand for help.
