Cardamom Sweet Toast Recipe

Are you craving for a mouth watering dessert? or do you need a sugar dose in the morning in your breakfast? Here is a very easy recipe for the delicious Sweet toast.
Enjoy the cooking and the flavor.

What do you need?
6 white bread slices
1 cup of raw sugar
1 tablespoon of cardamom powder
Half tablespoon of saffron dissolved in 20 ml luke warm water
Olive oil for deep frying
2 tablespoons of sliced/chopped Almond and Pistachio
Half cup condensed milk

Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar in 2 cups of water and boil it until the syrup is formed. Add saffron and cardamom powder.
Cut bread slices into triangles and deep fry in pre heated olive oil until it turns golden brown. Dip these slices in warm sugar syrup and place in a plate straightaway or it might become soggy. Add condensed milk on each slice, garnish with almond and pistachios and serve as breakfast or save in refrigerator for dessert.
