Card Class Magic School is probably the best teacher you could hope to have. He's enthusiastic, positive, extremely patient, and above all clearly enjoys what he does. Michael will show you a variety of skills, tricks, and illusions, and then walk you through how to perform them.
You don't need any particular skills or knowledge to begin with, and you don't need to be dextrous or coordinated; anyone can perform these tricks. Even if you know something about magic already, rest assured, Michael will have no shortage of amazing things to teach you. Some skills require a degree of practice but Michael will keep walking you through them until you're ready to practice and perfect them by yourself.
Despite the name "Card Class", the content is not limited to card tricks by any means. There are a wide variety of unique magic tricks to learn, and all are genuinely impressive and easy to learn. As well as the tricks themselves, you can also learn some of the theory behind them so that you can understand how and why they work.
Before going to Card Class I had no experience with magic whatsoever. In just one session I was able to learn tricks that I could show my friends and family with enough competence that they were unable to explain what they saw. I'd never thought that magic tricks could be more than just light entertainment, so seeing the wonder they could inspire in people came as quite a surprise to me.
I highly recommend this class to everyone; whether you know some magic already, or haven't even thought about learning it; everyone can get something out of this.
