As you gain more experience, you'll learn how to make more intricate cakes such as Black Fruitcake, sponge cake, and marzipan. In addition, you'll learn how to bake red velvet cakes as well as how to bake, decorate, and assemble wedding cakes.
This is a very unique cake decorating business, as they give you the choice of where to take your classes. You can choose from the company's new location outside of New York City or in a Brooklyn bakeshop. If you prefer, they will even come to your home.
