Butter Lane has recently moved to a new expanded location and is now offering ongoing baking
classes. Participants can pre-register through the bakery's
website before dropping by to make two different but very basic cake recipes followed by a primer on how to whip up what has become known as New York's best
buttercream frosting.
The expert bakers at Butter Lane will teach you how to rock a professional mixer, how to keep your batter consistent, and the ins and outs of baking in an industrial oven. They'll even provide you with your very own apron. Perfect for a girls' night out, a special party, or merely on-your-own*, you'll want to get on the wait list for this very special cupcake bake-off. Best of all, you get to take home your creations!
